SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Delivery (Within Singapore)

 

You can purchase directly with us or via one of our shopping partners (see stockists list).

Shipping charges as per table below.

 

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking details. Should you be out of town, kindly drop us an email so we can take note to send out your parcel once you are back in Singapore. Should you be unable to receive the parcel, kindly rearrange delivery with the courier directly.

 

After 3 failed delivery attempts, the courier will return the parcel and a redelivery fee of S$4 will be payable to us.

If your order includes a Beeswax wrap or a refresher block, please allow 1 additional day to the delivery table. 

Shipping charges are as follows:

Orders over $60 (2-3 days) FREE

Standard Courier (2-3 days) at $4

Next-Day Courier – orders placed before 10 am and delivered on weekdays only (1 day) at $15​

International Delivery 

Erda Ally ships to most countries. For delivery charges, please contact info@erdaally.com. The shipping fee is not inclusive of customs and import duties. The customer is responsible for any additional fees required.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Silicone Mats:

Due to the nature of the product we only do exchanges on the mats sets should there be an erroneous print or damage to the mats or markers upon receipt. Please take a picture and send it to us at info@erdaally.com

Strictly no refunds allowed.

Beeswax Wrap Kits & Refresh Bars:

Due to the nature of the product, we do not offer refunds on the Refresher Bar or DIY Kits.

Other Products:

7-DAY REFUND - If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, then we’re not happy. Contact us at info@erdaally.com and we will fix it.

 

Refunds for change of mind will only be eligible on items unused and in the same condition that you received them. Your items must be in the original packaging.  Shipping cost for returns is the responsibility of the customer. When returning items, make sure you hold onto the tracking number. We will not be liable for items lost in transit. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
