Our
Story
Founded in 2019 by Nav, a UK-born mum of two based in Singapore, Erda Ally began with Doodle Dat—reusable colouring mats designed to keep children engaged at home and on the go. Today, Erda Ally is a mum-founded brand on a mission to make everyday life more sustainable through thoughtfully designed, eco-conscious products. Made from 100% food-grade, non-toxic silicone, our products are safe for little ones and created to be reused, gifted, or recycled. By minimising excess packaging and using reusable or repurposed materials, we actively reduce waste while championing circular practices through the Zero Waste Packaging Initiative
Since April 2026, Erda Ally is a proud member of 1% for the Planet. We donate 1% of our annual sales to environmental causes. Historically, we have supported causes such as the WHEEN BEE Foundation and Singapore Children’s Society, and partnered with Ecologi to plant a tree for every online purchase.
Today, Erda Ally is best known for its award-winning Doodle Dat mats, recognised internationally and loved by families for making sustainable living simple, practical, and fun.

Since April 2023 for every order placed through Erda Ally, we will plant one tree via our partner Ecologi.
It’s now common knowledge that one of the best tools to tackle the climate crisis and keep our temperatures from rising above 1.5C is to plant trees. They are also crucial to prevent ecological collapse.
Our tree planting partner Ecologi, works with various Projects and they plant millions of trees around the world each month. Via Ecologi, we are currently supporting their incredible work in Ethiopia, run by their restoration partner, WeForest.
The Gewocha Forest, located in the northwest of the country, is one area where deforestation and land degradation is resulting in a poorer standard of living for residents. This project aims to restore 10,000 hectares of degraded land in the Amhara region of Ethiopia by supporting the introduction of 11.9 million trees, in collaboration with The Hunger Project.

Erda Ally is proud to be part of the Zero Waste Packaging Initiative led by The Sustainability Project which is a ground-up movement started to encourage businesses to adopt a circular packaging system, providing support and recognise businesses who reduce their waste through those means.
We reuse most of the packaging our products arrive in. This means your items will not arrive in fancy branded packaging, but in reused poly mailers & boxes. By purchasing from us you are contributing to the ZWPI. We don’t believe in excessive packaging, which is why our larger products such as silicone beach sets and suction dining sets are packaged in our produce bag. Everything is 100% reusable!
